Please read these Terms of use. By accessing and using the portal, you declare that you are familiar with these Terms of use and you accept them.

These Terms of use apply to all users, regardless of whether they use the portal as visitors or registered users in ebridge.info.

Portal administrators reserve the right to alter and extend these Terms of use. It is necessary to regularly check this page for changes to the Terms of use. In case you disagree with any and/or parts of any of these Terms of use, please do not visit the site and do not use its services.

General terms

Using the services and information provided by ebridge.info is free of charge only in case they are used for non-commercial purposes. Users have the right to use all available services and information for personal purposes only. It is unacceptable to use the services and information for other purposes.
Ebridge.info user registration is free. For each registration the user indicates a valid E-mail. It is not possible to re-register an already registered E-mail. The password must contain at least eight (8) characters. In cases of forgotten passwords, administrators of ebridge.info will use the E-mail entered during registration for its recovery. The E-mail addresses, registered by the users, will not be given to third parties under any circumstances, except in cases where there is a legal procedure that requires this.
Upon registration, users are registered in the portal as authors, with an own profile. The information (except the E-mail address and the password of the user, as well as the contact number if explicitly mentioned in the registration) from the user profile can be used in different occasions in ebridge.info and is visible to other visitors of the portal.
Visitors can make recommendations to improve the operation of the portal and to report irregularities and misusage to the administrators of ebridge.info.
Registered users can create and publish articles with texts, images and other information that they have the rights for. Before being published, the articles are subject to review by the administrators.
Registered users can post comments on ebridge.info.
The information posted by the users in ebridge.info is available to all other visitors of the portal.
Visitors are obliged to observe the Law on Copyright and Related Rights . It is absolutely prohibited to publish texts, images, parts of images and other materials that are subject to the copyrights of other people. Each user is personally responsible for the information published by him in ebridge.info. Ebridge.info administrators reserve the right to delete without notice any information published on ebridge.info, which appears to indicate that it is in violation of copyright laws and related rights. Each user account will be removed without notice at any suspected misusage.
It is absolutely prohibited to publish texts, images and other materials with pornographic, erotic, vulgar, obscene, offensive, racist, discriminatory on human rights and views and/or prompting to violence or cruelty content. It is absolutely prohibited to publish texts, images and other materials in violation of the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, Internet ethics and international laws. It is absolutely prohibited to publish materials for advertising purposes without permission and 'spam' materials. Ebridge.info administrators reserve the right to delete without notice any information published on ebridge.info. Each user account will be removed without notice at any suspected misusage.
A user’s account can be deleted upon written request by the user sent to ebridge.info E-Mail address. Ebridge.info administrators reserve the right to store and use all the information published by this user in the portal.
The administrators of Ebridge.info reserve the right to remove without notice any information that is inappropriate, inaccurate, incorrect, misleading or inappropriate for the main purpose of the portal ebridge.info, and without notice to remove user accounts that have published such information.

In ebridge.info portal, there are published various articles, news, events, image galleries divided in categories. There might be errors in the information. There are no guarantees for the accuracy, reliability and/or completeness of the information published on the portal ebridge.info.

When you post information (text , images and etc.) into the ebridge.info portal, you agree that this information will be visible to third parties. When you add an image, you agree on it to be added a sign at the bottom right side of the image. The sign is a text "ebridge.info" with an image of the logo of the portal.
